Sermon 7-36-26 Offended By Grace
Jesus’ parable of the workers in the vineyard is less about the workers and more about the character and nature of the compassionate landowner. The landowner hired laborers at different times but paid them equally, causing offense to some who expected more. This parable illustrates how unexpected grace can either offend us or inspire us.
