Sermon 6-21-26 Father’s Day
God the Father is ever-present, always listening, and full of self-giving love. Since we are created in His image, we have the ability, through the gentle presence of the Holy Spirit, to become like Him and even parent like him. True masculinity is rooted in self-giving love, and is not toxic but instead healthy and transformative. We need fathers who will be present as God is present, listen as God listens, and offer themselves in self-giving love to their family.
