Homeless Bag Ministry

Homelessness it's everywhere, in every State. Business, customers, home owners, visitors, everyone is impacted.

Whatever their story is that led them to where they are in life, can be sad. But never the less they are still part of Gods plan, and as Christians we are to reach out to all, and that includes the  homeless. We often go out of our way to avoid them, but they are still human beings.

2 Peter 3:9

The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

Here at Wasatch will feel God is leading us to these people. We have put together one gallon zip lock baggies with a few essentials that will feel they could use. Tooth brush, toothpaste, a pair of socks, comb, a bottle of water, wipes, some candy, a copy of the New Testament, and then we hand them out.

Children's Ministry

Our Childrens ministry is here to teach children the word of God thru fun activitys, ages between 3-12 years old.

Operation Christmas Child

The story of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:30-37) gives a clear picture of God’s desire for us to help those in desperate need wherever we find them.     https://www.samaritanspurse.org/what-we-do/operation-christmas-child/

November 12th WCC members put together 49 Operation Christmas Child Boxes to be sent around the world.  These boxes are filled with toys, school supplies, toiletries, stickers and more.  Many of these children have never recieved their own gift in their entire life.  The gospel message is also included in the box in the hope that these children will come to salvation.

In past years our boxes have been shipped to as far away as Mexico and Madagascar.  We pray for these children to receive the good news of Jesus so that we might meet them someday in heaven.  And until then, we pray they would be blessed with the gifts from those around the world who love them.
